非专业口译声明
ListenBridge 的翻译结果可能受到噪音、口音、语速、网络和专业术语影响。它不适用于法律、医疗诊断、紧急情况、安全关键场景或其他需要专业口译保证的用途。
订阅与加购
订阅和加购通过 Apple App Store 完成。价格、续订周期、取消和退款规则以 App Store 显示和 Apple 政策为准。月度订阅额度在每个订阅周期内使用，未使用额度不结转。加购用量与订阅额度分开保留，并在订阅额度之后使用。
用户责任

Acceptance
By using ListenBridge, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple App Store license and purchase rules.
Service Description
ListenBridge provides real-time listening translation for nearby speech, translated text display, translated speech playback, press-to-talk Chinese, and local history features.
Not Professional Interpretation
Translation results may be affected by noise, accent, speaking speed, network conditions, and specialized terminology. ListenBridge is not suitable for legal, medical diagnosis, emergency, safety-critical, or other uses requiring guaranteed professional interpretation.
Subscriptions And Add-Ons
Subscriptions and add-ons are completed through Apple App Store. Prices, renewal cycles, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by App Store display and Apple policies. Monthly subscription allowance is used within each subscription period and does not roll over. Add-on usage is kept separately from subscription allowance and is used after subscription allowance.
User Responsibility
Users must comply with local laws and privacy requirements and should not use the app where recording or processing speech is prohibited.
Availability And Intellectual Property
Real-time listening translation depends on networks and third-party speech recognition and translation services, and may be interrupted or degraded. ListenBridge's app, interface, name, icon, and related content belong to their rights holders. Users retain rights to content they input or play.
